(1) Going to the webpage launches the U-Download Applet
(2) This lets the user choose the local destination folder. Once the folder is selected, download of multiple files begins.
(3) Written in Java 1.4, U-Download is ready to run on most browsers and operating systems without any additional installation by the end-user.
Anybody with a web browser can use U-Download to effortlessly download multiple files. The filenames/path info of these files can be passed on-the-fly, making U-Download a very strong "download manager" for a web enviroment.
